Johannes Altmanninger c003ec3795 vi mode: fix "x" command in builtin read ...

When we push a new reader for builtin read, we use the default
CursorSelectionMode::Exclusive, which is wrong in Vi mode.
Add a haphazard fix for that.
This is very ugly, we should improve this.
