Fabian Homborg 568f9031aa builtin realpath: Add --no-symlinks option ...

Taken from GNU realpath, this one makes realpath not resolve symlinks.

It still makes paths absolute and handles duplicate and trailing
slashes.

(useful in fish_add_path)
