Delete unused en.po

Commit 4bdd35b8d1 (feat: stop language fallback at English, 2026-05-11)
rendered en.po unused.  Delete it.

In future, we should replace most single quotes in msgids with
backticks, since Markdown is very popular nowadays.

Closes #12745
