Peter Ammon d72adc0124 Add some vagrantfiles for building on BSDs 
This only builds, doesn't run tests. Use:

    ./build_fish_on_bsd.sh dragonflybsd_6_4 freebsd_14_0 netbsd_9_3 openbsd_7_4

To build on all of them.

Note they don't all build yet.
